Processing & Production Time

• Please allow 10–15 working days for production and shipping.

• Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Important Notes

• Since each item is made to order, we do not keep stock on hand. This helps us reduce waste and ensure that every product is freshly made.

• Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

• Customs fees, import taxes, or other local charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
